"I enjoy working on challenging accounts (i.e.; surgical cases).I discuss cases direct with surgeon when necessary and management"

What don't you like about working at Guru Billers?
"owners are management and lack knowledge of runnng company. (good with software sales).revoling door with employees.we are always lacking printers,scanners & supplies (hcpca 1500 forms/postal stamps/toner)needed. monthly meetings I have with surgeons I am not compensated (gas/tolls).they are not familiar with most medical/surgical. terminology."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"equipment & supplies management is aware of, but out of her control (owners controll). company has always had a revolving door effect. employees do not have any job security and is very obvious."
