"owners are management and lack knowledge of runnng company. (good with software sales).revoling door with employees.we are always lacking printers,scanners & supplies (hcpca 1500 forms/postal stamps/toner)needed. monthly meetings I have with surgeons I am not compensated (gas/tolls).they are not familiar with most medical/surgical. terminology."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"equipment & supplies management is aware of, but out of her control (owners controll). company has always had a revolving door effect. employees do not have any job security and is very obvious."
