"There is a thing called MOS roadmap, it basically tells you step by step how to get promoted."

What don't you like about working at United States Marine Corps?

"Getting shot at during deployments. Waking up in the middle of the night when your guy gets a DUI."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Less working parties. Why do we take people away from the main mission to do other things?"

"I enjoyed the sense of pride that came along with serving my country. I enjoyed the camaraderie, necessity of teamwork and overall accomplishment that came with the job."

"Be aggressive and open minded at the same time."

What don't you like about working at United States Marine Corps?

"I had very little control over my life. I had served 9 years with very little to show for it. I had no chance to further my education or have much of a social life after a very long time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is a matter of patience. In order to efficiently manage a team, a manager must be open minded, patient and firm. Lead by example."
