"My job is exciting! Every day I co-guide with one of the various awesome guides. Working with different guides each day keeps it interesting. The general guests are much more fun than the average tourist, and who can complain about going through a zipline course a few times a day and getting paid at the same time!"
What do you like about working at Eastern Mountain Sports?
"the training, access to great trips for near nothing. Free climbing all over the city. There is always something cool happening at our store. Always an event or cool class to take. I love that I am encouraged to be myself with minimal uniform, and my schedule is flexible."

"Be yourself, and love to learn, and love the outdoors! And have a positive demeanor."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Morning meeting minutes. Sometime last minute changes to a sale or floor movement, does not get passed down to those in later shifts cause it gets so busy."
