4 I worked for Guggenheim Partners as a NOC development engineer and found the ability to bring ideas and structure to the project as very open. The business managers I worked with were while overworked, very open to these new ideas and structure my project brought to the company. They were very willing to purchase the best hardware and software tools and this made the project very satisfying

2.7 I have worked for Guggenheim Investment for a little over a year and found it some time a lacking in innovation and general desire to move forward. Although the staff is great what they are will do and need to do can be taxing and a drain on a creative.
