What don't you like about working at Guardian Industries?

"Upper management constantly created survivor syndrome.People were excused for no apparent reason just to be replaced.Upper management constantly ridiculed and degraded staff.Upper management appeared to have no experience or understanding of the lower levels of the company and therefore did not understand all the aspects which created animosity.If an employee spoke up against management in order to improve the company, that employee would be replaced."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remove and replace upper management.Treat others as you want to be treated.Do not harass the staff."
