What do you like about working at Guaranteed Returns?

"Leaving was the best part. The company is dishonest, lies to its employees and customers and is currently under investigation for fraud. In addition, they're also being sued by a number of former clients. The icing on the cake was back in 2011 when FBI and DEA agents came in with firearms drawn closing their facilities. Items such as IT servers, desktop / laptop pc's, files and all paperwork were seized by the agents. Rumor has it that a new investigation is under way at a federal and government level. I wouldn't be surprised to see them loose all licensing and close shop in the near future."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Stay away. Should you be a person with moral and ethical standards this is not the place for you. Your name and reputation will be forever associated with a dishonest and unreputable organization. No career or company is worth the risk."

What don't you like about working at Guaranteed Returns?

"Being asked to misrepresent and lie to customers or prospects in regards to services, policy and other matters. This was asked of the employees by upper management, executive committee and owner."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be sure that you retain good legal representation as this will be something needed due to unethical and illegal business practices. What goes around comes around."
