"Challenging, each job was custom and had different requirements. Gratifying when I could fix issues that several other technicians only struggled with or made worse."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Follow instructions, but don't be afraid to take initiative when the time comes as the boss always recognizes the overachievers and seems to treat them better. Don't go in expecting to be a robot because that is how you will be treated and you will gladly be kept in your entry level position. Be knowledgeable, without it you won't be hired."

"Inconsistent workload, boss would often have me switch projects in the middle of others."

"Learn to communicate more effectively to his workers and provide motivation and incentive for a job well done."
