"I sometimes found upper management was disconnected with sales and the needs of the employees"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"listen to your employees. encourage everyone to meet each other and have HR not get in the way of moving employees from position to position (eg, they require you to apply onilne before you can know who the hiring manager is and only if you pass their screening."
