"I worked for BD Biosciences in San Diego and enjoyed all the years I worked there. I started in the Quality area and move up to Director and then took on several project roles with the latest being a major SAP Implementation worldwide. I learned about all the functional areas of the business and how important end-to-end processes are. I highly recommend this company."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"Experience should be the major factor. A candidate who has hands on experience should always be considered. There are times where circumstances may not afford an individual to get all the schooling, but their experience is far more advanced and is a plus! Take a chance and look to build a person! A candidate may not have all 10 qualities that you want...that gives you an opportunity to build that employee. A person with all 10 qualities will not have anything else to learn and thus will get bored in their job. Where as a person who has things to learn will not get bored and want to learn more. Everyone deserves a chance...if a person is to get the experience it has to start somewhere!"
