"Job is good, but the upper management is greatly lacking. The laboratory director is very unprofessional. The director constantly berates other employees using harsh and very unprofessional language. The company as a whole seems great, but the San Marcos laboratory needs improvement. Immediate supervisor is great but lacks the fortitude to take corrective action against employee mess ups."
