3.2 During my time here, I have seen many changes. Some good, and some not so good. The company as a whole is a good place to work, but not a place to find a career. There is no room to move up, and when anything is happening, they are very secretive, allowing rumors to circulate, which they never confirm or deny unless put on the spot about them. That's no way to be with the people who make you look good day in and day out.

3.1 My time at Grifols was overall a wonderful opportunity for my personal and professional development. However, The work culture and constant changes from corporate proved challenging to navigate, as expectation were high for our staff and center performance. The cultures in the centers were borderline unprofessional and HR had difficulty backing me as management with employee relations. I found it difficult to get work done when pressure from several corporate bodies lead to different, but equally important expectations of the center and it affected how everyone worked together.

3.5 Job is good, but the upper management is greatly lacking. The laboratory director is very unprofessional. The director constantly berates other employees using harsh and very unprofessional language. The company as a whole seems great, but the San Marcos laboratory needs improvement. Immediate supervisor is great but lacks the fortitude to take corrective action against employee mess ups.
