However, The work culture and constant changes from corporate proved challenging to navigate, as expectation were high for our staff and center performance. The cultures in the centers were borderline unprofessional and HR had difficulty backing me as management with employee relations. I found it difficult to get work done when pressure from several corporate bodies lead to different, but equally important expectations of the center and it affected how everyone worked together."
