"Always on 24/7 no down time even on vacation because if you didn't keep up, you got behind to much. Be supportive and suggestive if you see an employee struggling or needing to take a family leave due to a sick parent or family member"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give back remote week, where the worker is not having to do a max of 40 hours, let them catch up with family, appts, and such."
