"Be honest. Don't feel like you have to hide a weakness that you have. Rather admit to it but also show them that you have a plan to strengthen yourself in that area."

"There were some some turf wars between branch offices and the corporate offices that ended up wasting time and resources."

"The management at the coorporate office needs to try to resolve turf wars quickly but fairly to all those involved. But also allow the branch offices some flexability. The branch offices know their area and work to stick to the areas standards and styles of doing business."

"High quality of knowlege among co-workers regarding building construction, codes and computer skills. Can adjust workweek hours to better fit the requirements of the employee as long the hours are consistantly the same every day. Very low turnover of employees."

"Minimal carrer advancements. They have too many upperlevel management caliber personnel at higher pay, not enough entry level personnel to keep billing cost down, so projects are often required to be completed within unrealistic time frames by any means necessary. (Most benefits have been reduced or retracted due to the economy)"

"Hire more entry and lower level employees to create a diversified group of people, so advancement opportunities can happen as skill levels improve."
