"Sounds good at first but falls apart due to lack of support and communication internally."
What don't you like about working at Great Copier Service?
"There is not and has never really been any consequence for poor tech performance. All suggestions are put aside from the Owner. The fact that a tech can ever talk down to a customer and owner operator never shows action to correct this is very frustrating. There is no company team work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I am the service manager and told to concern myself with the technical side not the disciplinary side. But these are my customers. All suggestions are heard but that's all."
