"I’ve supervised for Graycor since June of 2019. I’m still currently employed however future projects are scarce. This is a great company with excellent leaders. The pandemic has not been helpful to Graycor’s industry."

"The controller in this company is a horrible person - if she does not like you, you are done. Very poor communication skills - acts like a child most of the time. Tends to stare out the window with no direction. Has a hard time grasping concepts. Management is very aware of her short comings, have actually provided training and guidance for her with no real positive improvement, but they put up with it. Stay away from this company, they are headed in the wrong direction."

"Be polite, conservative and dress as a professional would be expected to dress."

"Some of the Superintendents were fowl speaking men. When in office cubicles were used."

"Don't really have any other than perhaps more communication about the future work."

"I like the people that I work with and the company incentives that are offered for the employees. Example; free breakfast, coffee, and snacks."

"Tips would be to know the company structure and history if permissable. In addition an applicant should be qualified for positions applied for."

"I don't like the management styles of my supervisor. I am regulated on direction of work and have not been given training in company programs that would help to better serve the company."

"Suggestions would include allowing training for job requirements. Job roles defined for proper output."

"Graycor has become a poor place to work, lacking any tack or professionalism. There does not seem to be any clear direction or any indication that they will succeed in any ventures they partake."

"Start over with a new management team. The current one seems to lack any direction."
