What don't you like about working at Gravitas?
"I was forced to alter my billable hours which made me appear to a liability to the senior management. The projects were poorly managed and I had to spend 14 hour days on a project that could of been completed during a 9 hour day with effiecient management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn efficency. And do not penalise your employees just to meet your projected billable hours on a project. I worked 12-14 hour days and my billable hours were reduced to 3-4 hours a day."

"Lots of different technologies and opportunity to learn."

"Poor management, poor scheduling."
