"I love industrial process control. I had an opportunity to make a difference. I was able to design creative solutions in an industry that tends to be behind the curve."

"Since the company founders retired and sold GMI to Dover and then the sale to AVT the quality of management has declined. GMI's dedication to customer satisfaction has also declined. When I joined GMI had a reputation for superior customer service. When I left all they cared about was making a sale."
