"I've worked at Graphicon since 2006 and couldn't ask for a better team of coworkers. I enjoy the challenge of the daily work load and variety of tasks required of my position, however the one drawback is that it is a small family-owned business with little to no growth for my position in the company. That being said, it's a great industry, a pleasant place to work, and if I were not moving I would surely be there for years to come."

What do you like about working at Graphicon?

"I love the ability to use both analytical skills and creative skills. One minute I'm creating a quote and contacting vendors for bids, the next I'm designing a t-shirt or laying out a logo for a promotional product order. It's never the same day-to-day."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be ready to take on multiple functions in this company. No one does just one job and everyone knows a little of everyone else's job."

What don't you like about working at Graphicon?

"I don't like the lack of growth. It's a small family-owned company and they are happy with the size of the company and do not have the drive or desire to grow sales dramatically or increase the number of employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have been asking for an addition to the sales staff to increase leads, projects, and ultimately sales. We need a dedicated driven individual for sales and without one the company's growth remains flat."
