"It's cleaner than most, air can be dusty, the starting wage is better than most however The company doesn't care about you at all. You are a tool to push paper out the door, which is your job, I understand, but it's one man out for himself in there. The monthly meetings they've been doing are repetitive number data and always saying more, more, and never leave time for questions or ask employees anything. All in all it's not a bad place to work. There's a few good people in there but new management is ruthless."

"More people need to be hired to handle the necessary tasks that have evolved due to the introduction of new mehodologies through process improvement and the strain on the supply chain system due to a plant closure."

"I've worked for Graphic Packaging for 5 years. The overall work enviornment is very challenging with long hours but the ability to move up is there. Overall compensation is also very fair."

"The company has been around for a while. Recently made fortune 500 list. Good benefits and the company continues to grow. GPI is a lean company, so at times work maybe stressful, but it's no different than any other company. I was fortunate to work with some great people and had some great opportunities to do work outside of my normal everyday responsibilities. GPI has some employees who have been with the company for a long time and may not always be open to new ideas or changes. It does not mean that they won't agree to change; it just may take a lot of convincing."
