"Great place to work! Great opportunities for promotion!"
"I loved this job. But downsizing made me pursue other options."
"I’ve worked for Graphic Packaging International since Sept 2018. Graphic Packaging is a global company consisting of 20,000 employees. My plant is a 24hr operation and currently employs 80. Since my time with Graphic Packaging, I have created LOTO, Machine Guarding, Hearing Conservation, PPE programs, and improve environmental conditions throughout my plant. I’ve created monthly strategic safety meeting with team leaders to discuss safety metrics, investigations, audits, and safety expectations. I have a proven track record to get the job done and evidence to back it up."

"I have worked for LA Paper Box since 2016, it has been acquired three times since I started. It has been owned by Caraustar, Greif and now Graphic Packaging which will be shutting down operations at the end of September 2020. In the transition I have learned how to adapt and quickly adjust to every process change needed to operate the business per expectation. Although it has been challenging at times, dealing with different leadership teams and each of their different approach it has taught me a lot on how to continue to improve in manufacturing as well as my persona life."
"Very interesting company with a truly global footprint."
"Good company to work for."
"The company has been around for a while. Recently made fortune 500 list. Good benefits and the company continues to grow. GPI is a lean company, so at times work maybe stressful, but it's no different than any other company. I was fortunate to work with some great people and had some great opportunities to do work outside of my normal everyday responsibilities. GPI has some employees who have been with the company for a long time and may not always be open to new ideas or changes. It does not mean that they won't agree to change; it just may take a lot of convincing."
"Good company to work with. Provides opportunities for growth"

"The company is big so be prepared to talk with lots of people from a variety of backrounds."
What don't you like about working at Graphic Packaging International?
"Can be a little wrapped up in procedures and policies which tend to limit ability to solve problems in the simplest manner"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more open to suggestions from employees that could provide improvements"
"I have worked for the company for several years. Opportunity to move up is available but you must work hard to achieve it."
