"If you are Mormon and don't like to work hard and want to do one thing for the rest of your life, you will fit in beautifully."

What don't you like about working at Huntsman Cancer Institute?

"Not enough to do. My responsibilities do not take advantage of my potential. The job is something that I can do, but it's not what I want to do forever. The job does not need critical thinking. My conservative co-workers will be the death of me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Train people better. Be better at communication. Understand my employees' needs. Actually work."

"I like some departments' lack of micromanagement, allowing me the chance to work independently."

"It's best if you know somebody in the system. Remember the old saying: it's who you know!"

"Relying on other people from various departments can be maddening."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Streamline interdepartmental workflows and establish across-the-board expectations. As of right now, different departments handle things differently and have very different ideas of what timely means."

"I don't like the structure of this agency. I feel things are not always run as efficient as possilbe."

"My biggest suggestion for the Board or management would be to resturcture."
