What do you like about working at Granite Homes?
"Granite Homes was nothing short of a delight to be part of! I enjoyed going to work everyday...even during the most stressful times. I believe my ability to create a positive environment and my determination to work hard and be constantly learning was a great example for those around me. I like to work; I like to work hard and I want those around me to do the same. This was exactly how the Granite Homes team worked and I would love to find another company that has the same core visions for their company. Unfortunately, the economy forced Granite Homes to closed at the end of 2009."
What don't you like about working at Granite Homes?
"I honestly can say there was not anything I did not like! Of course, there may have been a few annoyances here and there however, nothing to ever make me say that I did not like working there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I was always stressing to them to listen to employees and be very fair. Think before acting!"
