"I worked for granite construction in various different divisions for almost a year. The benefits and salary are amazing. The culture is a different story. There is a lot of competition for jobs between divisions and even the same office."

"I don't know what company this review is supposed to be for. It just brought me to this page before I looked at a company. I am applying for the Superintendent job at Jobot. I don't have any recommendations at this time for another company so I can't give a review."

"I've worked at Granite construction since graduating college. The people I work with are nothing but helpful and supportive; however, the location of the office has shown difficulty regarding keeping its employees. Additionally, the job is much more demanding than a new hire is prepared for, \ so some more transparency about that could benefit them greatly."

"I was brought on to do a job that had always been done by two people. The out going IT Admin told me that I would not last two years there and he was right. IT has no control and we admins are at the mercy of the site manager. My IT direct supervisor was a thousand miles away and the man was a saint as well as a great mentor. However this job was a setup from the start to failure.I could never take any time off without my phone ringing off the hook as the helpdesk just forwarded the call."
