"Constant state of flux in regards to personnel, paperwork to process a sale is cumbersome and disjointed, spend too much time putting out fires due to billing and service issues that we don't have time to go out and sell."

We spend too much time dealing with too much paperwork to submit an order in a timely fashion.Invest in quality and quantity service and billing personnel and systems so that we are not inundated with repeat customer issues.Compensation drives results. As you lower the ways that we can make money, you drive down morale and activity."
