"There are a lot of support in the company. People there want you to succeed. However it is a call center so it can be very stressful. Personally talking to customers 8 hrs straight sitting in a cubicle is not my thing."
"Many of the tools needed to perform the job duties efficiently either were not provided or one had to create said processes, taking time from performing to the best of one's ability.The company has a large amount of turnover.The company does a lot of great charity work, both locally and worldwide. What don't you like about working at Grand Circle Travel?
"The commute is getting longer and longer since the train fare has doubled. it takes about 1 and 1/2 hours to get to work, and is very expensive to park. Also - they are replacing our enterprise reporting environment with a tool that will have many challenges keeping up with the type of reporting that they do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop re-organizing the company every few months. They have had approcimately 8 re-orgs to upper manamgement in the two years that I have been there."
