"There is a lot of heartburn. As an engineer by education and trade I hold machine mainenance as the most critical aspect of a succeful business. To this management group maintenance is a necessary evil and gets put on the back burner and my equipment needs are not enough to alloe spending on the R&M budget. Nothing gets fixed until it breaks beyound use."

"It's part a a long career that I have enjoyed very much over the years."

"If the position is for Graham, reconsider strongly."
What don't you like about working at Graham Packaging?
"I can't stand the accepted level of accoutibility within the group and the lack of instilling a safe team playing mentality into the group."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be open to any subordinate explaining to you how you need to magage them. Heated coversations can take place but just as you have to relay expections to a subordinate your subordinates have to do the same for you, just in a different manner. As a manager you MUST be open to that to reach success."
