"I worked at Graham Packaging for nearly 25 years. It is a great company with many wonderful employees. The plant I worked in was closed after 45 years in one location due to many factors beyond the control of the employees at the plant. It is a good place to have a career."

"New procedures weekly... attempting to do the right thing, but going about it the wrong way."

"Knee-jerk reaction without proper investigating can make things worse. The hourly's are losing confidence."

"Consider the Production workers realize they have family and do not want to be at work so much. Make the work environment cheerier."
"The company is good but they never seem to know what is going on week to week. its a union plant so good pay and benefits. Seems like corporate has it in for this plant."
