"Understand that it takes years to rise to a manager level, given the organization's tendency to reward employees based on time served rather than merit. However, it is a place where you get out of it what you put into it."

"Pace is slow and boring and I find that most of my time is wasted. It is also very introverted and isolated. I would enjoy more client interaction. Additionally, there are limited avenues for advancement and career development."
