"The leadership has no agency experience, so they want people to run the agency for them. They asked me to rename the company 2 days in, to avoid some issues with their clients. Went behind my back to meet with one the vendors I brought on, which is why I quit 2 weeks in. No Parking. If you're not related to the leadership, you'll hate your life. They asked me how they should bill their clients. The pay schedule is very weird. Not credible, the company wants to avoid using their company history and credit to respond to RFPs. Sales team is unskilled and untrained. There's really no hope there. When I asked how many people have stayed there a year or longer. They responded with "none", then smiled. No insurance or additional benefits."
