"The leadership has no agency experience, so they want people to run the agency for them. They asked me to rename the company 2 days in, to avoid some issues with their clients. Sales team is unskilled and untrained. There's really no hope there. When I asked how many people have stayed there a year or longer. They responded with "none", then smiled.
