"Great company and product but very poorly managed locally. Corporate does not pay attention nor seem to care about a store that is franchised. When complaints are made to the main headquarters they are heard by one individual overseeing a market and then never resolved, no matter the issue. Until there is a change in management in the Kansas City market I cannot recommend it."
