"Goldman Sachs is a 150 year old investment bank, so it's awesome when you get hired; but internal mobility is near impossible as there a lot of corporate politics. But if you can make it through all that, there are good benefits (401k, 4 weeks of paternity leave, 9 sick days,etc.)."
