"I worked for Goldleaf Partners for almost 4 years. I loved the work I did. They hired me with no industry experience but expected me to know the job. They struggled with training because they tried to tailor it to all experience levels. Though our office was only about 50 people, the hands-on CEO only knew your name if you were a problem or if you were the top "producer". In four years, he shook my hand ONE time. The company does not live its core values. They sounded good but got in the way of reading production."
