"Company is going in the wrong direction. They are moving away from being a company for the people and outsourcing more and more as well as utilizing artificial intelligence to replace people."

"The company is good and pay well but they lack a true culture. They also are focusing more on shareholders rather than employees. This will ultimately hurt them. When employees are unhappy, everyone suffers. When employees are happy then clients are happy which results in higher spending, which will make the shareholders happy."

In order to advance your understanding you will have to research new technology on your own time. However, the opportunity to grow is minimal and the companies internal jiggering process is VERY political. Being qualified, or over qualified for a portion means nothing if you aren't in the necessary "groupie" circles."

Many different job opportunities and tools all in front of you to succeed, but your willingness is not all it takes to make means. Sales is the biggest part of the job when I believe it should be a little more support and get recognized for giving great support, rather than getting recognized for being a good salesman. What I don't like is that in order to have a better job opportunity you first must be recognized as great salesman."
