"Great place to start a career but any time over two years is going to hurt you."

What don't you like about working at GN Netcom?

"Company has a hybrid sales model, most deals that were lost was to another team member on the other side of the building. No advancement possible what so ever, top ring managers are clicky and care very little about the company. The company is Danish so Nashua is a satellite office, where everyone is content to meet the status quo."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Put more effort into the place, try staying in the office after 3:00 on a Friday."

"The compensation plan was great along with the products you were selling. the products really were better than the competition out there. Also the territories given had alot of opportunity for growth"

"Do research on the company and learn your product and how it works. Also know the major competitors and who you are going up against."

What don't you like about working at GN Netcom?

"Corporate not communicating with the field reps. Prices on certain products were not set and dealers or distributors sometimes had better pricing than the manufacturer which made some job positions there hard"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"to work on pricing so distributors do not have more power on pricing than the manufacturer. also better incentive programs for distributors to push them to sell the Jabra product."
