"It's a sink or swim kind of company. No training whatsoever. If you can't sell they get rid of you. Also if they promise you a bonus in your contract make sure to ask for it. If you don't they look the other way. The owner is not very professional and yells at his employees when they do something that he perceives to be wrong. Good Luck!"
