"If you know what you are talking about, it will show and stand you in good stead, if you do not, you will not end up working for General Motors."

What don't you like about working at General Motors?

"Honestly I cannot think of anything of relevance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take advantage of the current opportunity the company has, most especially in terms of product design. In other words, build what the customer wants."

"Don't go to work with GM. Even the younger people who are being brought there dislike the management."

What don't you like about working at General Motors?

"I used to really enjoy my job with GM in Spring Hill, TN. However, since my move to Fairfax, I have hated going to work. Now I am being pressured to leave, I believe due to my age. I hate my current position and the inept people I work for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let the people on the floor run the floor, and stay out of the way."
