"Career advancement was made into a lateral career movement, with several groups of what once were distinct paths being removed. Advancement would be to the detriment of the dealer body, with managers with the wrong skill sets advanced into critical positions simply due to the company wanting an advancement structure."

"Pay closer attention to the needs of the dealer body, and ensure that managers do."
