"You cannot trust what management says. They are only out for themselves."

"Give back some of the money(salary) or bonuses. The little people are the ones who got hurt!!!"

"Go somewhere else. If you don't immediately become a member of the elite, you will remain a servant to the elite."

"I disliked everything else: management has its head in the sand (still), and the organization is a monarchy. If you are one of the chosen elite, you will succeed in spite of doing nothing but receiving reports from those doing work and making absurd decisions to help run the company into the ground."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give up the monarchy system. Start believing what the customer is saying - through Consumer Reports."

"Your job at GM was to keep your boss happy; it was not to sell product. I believed we existed to sell and market product. The culture noted caused GM to go bankrupt."

"Get rid of the racist, good-old-boy network."
