"There are some very knowledgeable employees with many, many years of experience. Unfortunately, the company doesn't acknowledge experience and only focuses on recent college graduates which is hurting the company moral as well as yield."

Her desk was literally in front of mine, yet I was left to figure out both the assignment, and how to complete it all on my own."
