"There are some very knowledgeable employees with many, many years of experience. Unfortunately, the company doesn't acknowledge experience and only focuses on recent college graduates which is hurting the company moral as well as yield."

"Horrible. I was a CS intern with no other CS majors nor even programmers to consult for my work. My manager had very little programming experience and I did not even have documentation to refer to for my primary assignment. My manager gave me vague specifications of a one man assignment for a server-hosted collaboration engine similar to that of Google docs, and was absolutely vacant from me for weeks at a time. Her desk was literally in front of mine, yet I was left to figure out both the assignment, and how to complete it all on my own."

"I found the company very challenging and competitive. Very proud of what we are doing, to be the best Foundry competing with TSMC and Intel."

"It is a tough industry and a tough company to work for. Every penny is watched and must be accounted for. There is little interest in doing leading edge marketing. The job that I worked and what was promised where miles apart."
