"Culture is more around staffing, thus restricting any growth for outside talent."

"Incorporate diversity, just not with talent, but also in other aspects."

"eDiscovery is an exciting and still maturing industry. In my role, global alliance programs are just now starting to evolve in the marketplace."
What don't you like about working at Applied Discovery?
"eDiscovery is an exciting and still maturing industry. With that said, there needs to be education at the senior level of why partnering, consultative sales makes sense. It has been an uphill climb to say the least."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust your employees to execute on strategy, communicate issues w/o emotional overtones, and weed out those who are prone to lie to cover their own career issues."

"I did not like how many people were just dead weight at Deutsche Bank. I also did not like how the majority of senior level positions were saved for people of German heritage."

"Management needs to continue to clean house and to re-focus their efforts on streamlining their environments, especially the reduction of redundant systems."
