"Showed up for a group interview, 2 uneducated guys came into the room to tell us all that we need to come back in 4 hours for 1-on-1 interview. Then "Ross" began a narrative about how great he thought he was for having a job there. And how lucky we all are to be able to apply there. Told us all how much they expect out of us, with nothing from them. Said "go and call your loved ones and tell them what a great job opportunity you have." This company only wants desperate employees who they can control. The whole thing was a waste of time. Only a bad manager would expect to monopolize our entire day for him."
"I worked for Global Cash Access Inc. since November 2005. At that time, GCA had their one year anniversary as an IPO and needed to ensure HR was up to standard for a public company. I successfully trained the HR staff and made appropriate changes to develop an efficient HR group that could handle benefits, HR compliance, compliance training, recruiting, etc. We also completed two acquisitions and successfully integrated these companies. GCA had a hard working culture and was a great place to work. In January 2014, the Board hired a new CEO. In March he decided he wanted his own team and the General Council, CFO, Head of HR (me) and EVP, Kiosk were replaced. GCA will be successful, but with the new CEO, the culture will undergo change."
"GCA Inc allowed me demonstrate my skills in the IT field,"
