"I worked at GLFHC in the pharmacy department for some time. Their mission statement is great for their patients, but as the years went on they have lost compassion for their employees, especially in the pharmacy. Even though year after year the pharmacy has been the biggest asset to the clinic financially they continue to leave them out of the raise pool. Bonuses are always "up in the air" every year. Yet they are able to somehow come up with the funds and always give some credit to the pharmacy, yet they still get overlooked for raises. I love working with my coworkers but I find myself being given more and more to do, without any incentive to want to stay. I have left the company. If given the opportunity would I return? Probably not."
