"Is a good company but doesn't realize employees are their best asset. Don't pay competitive wages and don't take pride in the equipment and uniforms employees use."

"I've worked for Glazers for 5+ years. Now that all sales reps are Salaried employees it makes for a much less appealing career choice. The 6 day work weeks can be stressful."

Glazer's Employee

"I've been here for almost a year now, and am already looking for a new job. The company is very disorganized, and will step over a dollar to pick up a dime. As for IT, the management will not take any suggestions, and will move forward with their own ideas even when they sometimes crash the company's IT infrastructure and keep people from doing their jobs."
