"Incredibly weak leadership, VERY political, personality driven environment. How/who gets promoted is mysterious and based on connections, rather than capability or skill set. If you do not enjoy a&&-kissing, probably not a good choice for you. Company has an extremely disposable attitude toward employees - downsizings are frequent and brutal. Higher level - VP, etc positions are sweet, if you can get them but very hard to do, if you are not a subject of the crown."
