"I’ve worked with Glatt air techniques from 2019. It’s a good company and is the industry leader in pharmaceutical equipment. The benefits are good but management lacks in listening or distributing work effectively and evenly among staff."

"I have worked for Glatt for a little over a year now. The Pharmaceutical equipment this company manufactures is quite possibly the best in the business. While the headquarters are in Germany, The company has many locations and has around 3000 people worldwide. The staff is very knowledgeable in their work but things seem to take a bit of time to complete as you are constantly communicating with many different departments in different time zones. As long as you’re willing to put the work in, and learn from people who has a long history there, then you will do great. Just ask a lot of questions when possible and keep communication high as it’s the only downfall within the company."

"Be a quick learner. Know your equipment/sensors/NEC/NFPA/ LOTO and standard pharma guidelines."

"It was a contract job and they rehired someone they laid off a few years back"

"Write more SOP's guidelines for standardized work. Offer reference guide for their custom SAP software."
