"A great company in York, PA. That's about it. They fit in well with the community. Stuck in an old fashioned, "good ole boy" mentality. Women are treated like mindless order takers. Producers are minor league and spend too much time in office making lame excuses for lack of production. Great benefits, however. That's what keeps most people there. President is a severe narcissist and will never let anyone succeed including himself."
