"Glassdoor has a phenomenal culture and a lot of talented folks working there. They've been hit hard by COVID, like many other organization, but they were a great company to start with out of school."
"It is a great company. And I learned a lot from my internship experience."
"I’ve worked for Glassdoor for about two years and have found it to be an innovative forward thinking place with opportunity to grow. Truly a unique place and leader in the world of employer brand and recruitment."
"I’ve been working here for just shy of a year. You get experience working with international customers right out the gate. As an international business major, the experience has been great. Good money built into your backlog if you can hit the ground running. Some months have been absolutely crazy with commission earnings, while other months are so-so. When those crazy good months come there is no feeling like it. Good overhaul of management team which improved relations and the environment."
"A startup that has both the negatives of a large and small company"

"Its location"
What don't you like about working at Glassdoor.com?
"The founders brought the bureaucracy and micromanagement learned at Expedia. Stock packages suck. Founders talk about retiring if the company becomes successful. The rest of the employees will be getting much less than they think. Nothing close to retirement money. Without any hope of a big payday, there is no incentive to do a great job."
